Hi,
I have a few tables that have merged queries, I use it to pull the client managers name from one table into the other tables to link them (and then merge all the tables into a dataset of the information I want to use. However, they keep breaking regularlly and I have to log in every so often to reconnect merge settings./ refresh the preview in the transform data/poiwer query section.
Other than using measures (I dont know how to make them work for what i need) , how can I stop itself from breaking? other than the data itself changing/refreshing, nothing has changed with the dataset/tables
If you are using a SQL source tables then consider using a SQL view with join on the SQL server, rather than a Power BI merge
Hiya,
the data is connected via an API - does that change anything?
Cheers
Kelz
