    Hi CG12 ,

     

    You can create calculated table using DAX below.

     

    NewTable = ADDCOLUMNS(

        SUMMARIZE(

            Table1,

            Table1[Customer ID],Table1[question ID],Table1[Type]

        ),

        "Values",

        CALCULATE(

            CONCATENATEX(Table1, Table1[Answer], ", ")

        )

    )
