Merge queries or relationship for a partial URL match (Google Analytics)

Hi I have an excel file with a list of partial URLs related to campaigns eg:

Campaign	URL Fragment
Campaign A	/mysection/mysubsection/

I want to pull all the Pages from Google Analytics that match this fragment eg: /mysection/mysubsection/page1.html
/mysection/mysubsection/page23.html

I'd rather not list each individual complete page URL as in some cases there may be dozens

Can I do a query merge or some type of table relationship that will help me to pull these pages out of the GA data?

Hello

Assuming you would like to find the volume of hits to the associated sections.

In the Google Analytics dataset, Extract the fragment using Text Transfrom as below.

Once extracted, you can create a relationship between your Campaign dataset with google analytics dataset.

Note: If you want to preserve the URL column in Google dataset, duplicate the column and apply extraction on it.
