In Excel is easy, just merge 2 or 3 cells as first row header and that's it, but is it possible in powerbi to get the same effect?

By my test , there should be no options to merge headers in table visualization in Power BI currently.
You could post your new idea here to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
