Merge button greyed out

Hi, Do you have any ideas why Merge button is greyed out. I convereted to text / decimal and it doesn't helps.

    Hi KBUIUS 

     

    You need to select two columns to merge them.

    Did you select 2 columns?

Is your problem solved?If so, Would you mind accept the helpful replies as solutions? Then we are able to close the thread.
As VahidDM said and I tested it .

If you select on column. Merge button greyed out;  however if you select two or more columns, it works.
