Merge and Sum Columns in Power Query Editor

Hello,

I'm trying to find a solution to automatically merge and sum 2 columns in Power Query Editor for 2 columns that have the same Week and are adjacent to each other. E.g. (Week 35, 2022 and Week 35, 2022_1), (Week 35, 2022_6 and Week 35, 2022_7), (Week 39, 2022_11 and Week 39, 2022_12).
