Merge Tables with Calculated Columns and Parameters (Not Possible?)

Hey All,

I have been working on this for over a week now and have searched forums, used AI, and googled as much as i know how and I am starting to think it isn't possible. I am working on a clean data set that isn't proprietary so if that's needed let me know.

User Requirements: The user is asking that 4 separate tables be aggregated into one line and merged into one clean table view (4 rows total) (easy/done). Each table has similar but different calculations that differ at the row level, not the column level (partially done). The user is also asking to have two parameters to add cost and revenue that only affect one row of the table called projections (no clue how to integrate this at the row/cell level).

The situation:

4 Main Tables need to be aggregated into one table each as one row (done).

Each Table has unique calculations so those have been done before the aggregation (partly done).

Some of these calculations need to include cost and revenue parameters (not done).

The goal:

1 Table with 4 lines of aggregate data that includes cell/row level parameters/calculations.

The problem I am running into is that if I want all of this in one table and each row has varying calculations (easy), I can't seem to include parameters since the data is all calculated one single time.

I have aggregated each table into a single line with the table name in Power Query, performed the needed calculations in Power Query (with the exception of adding parameters), and then appended a new table with the other 4 tables.

If anyone knows how to do cell-level/row-level calculations with parameters, let me know. I have attached two screenshots, one of my working but messy visual and another that is the goal but not working at all.
