Merge Tables from Different Datasources

New to Power BI so this may be answered elsewhere.

I am using Power BI to report out of a new ERP system (ODBC) from 01/01/17.

I have historic sales data from old ERP system that I can import as a table.

What is the best way to merge these two data sources and still be able to refresh via ODBC..?

Depends, I would look into an Append query or a Merge query, sounds like Append would be the way to go but you would have to make everything line up in the data. Failing that, you would have to structure your measures in such a way that you accounted for both tables.
