Merge Query Error: Unable to merge BigQuery tables

I'm trying to merge two tables based on three column. I'm receiving an error like Something went wrong.

Problem is know by microsoft but they don't want to fix  ;>)

Thanks for the reply. I found a temporary solution.

But, I'm getting this error when I use fields from the merged table,

Error Message:
OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] ODBC: ERROR [42000] [Microsoft][BigQuery] (70) Invalid query: LEFT OUTER JOIN cannot be used without a condition that is an equality of fields from both sides of the join..
