Merge Cells in Matrix Visualization Not Working

Hello! I tried to follow the directions in the following post to merge cells in Power BI, but I am stuck b/c the "expand hierarchy" button does not appear on my matrix: https://community.powerbi.com/...

    Look at the Rows section in the picture of the post you linked above
