I'm working in a menu with buttons. I select Format -> Navigation . Then I select the dahsboard page where I want to go and when I try if it functions nothing happen.

In Power BI Desktop, navigation buttons usually work with CTRL + Click while you are in edit mode. Also, make sure that Action is turned on, Page Navigation is selected, and the target page is not hidden.

I chequed it all. Action was turned on. Page Navigation was selected. The target page was hidden, but I changed and it is not hidden anymore and still have the same problem. I have the maintenance of a dashboard and it is my first in PBI. If you have any other tip to give I will appreciatte it.

You can also try the following:
Sometimes the issue is related to a corrupted visual or page rather than the navigation settings themselves.
If it still does not work, try testing it in Reading View or after publishing to the Power BI Service.
If you're in desktop or editing mode in the serivce, you must do a ctrl + click.
