Anonymous , Make sure the hard disk has sufficient disk space available. Make sure power bi is able to take the RAM required 4-8 GB.
Under -> File -> options and setting -> Options -> Data load.
Increase memory management cache to 8-10 GB. Clear the previous cache

Thank you, it worked the first time however, once I started adding different visuals it started to give me the error again.
