Medida de crecimiento mensual de saldo de cartera

Necesito crear una medida que me permita graficar la diferencia entre dos periodos en una cartara de crédito, sin que el cambio de año importe o si bien se selecciona un mes específico con respecto al anterior.

Maybe you can try formula like below to create measure:

CrecimientoMensual = 
VAR MesActual = MAX('Table'[Fecha])
VAR MesAnterior = EOMONTH(MesActual, -1)
RETURN
    CALCULATE(
        SUM('Table'[Saldo]),
        'Table'[Fecha] = MesActual
    ) - 
    CALCULATE(
        SUM('Table'[Saldo]),
        'Table'[Fecha] = MesAnterior
    )
