Measures with Condition

Hi experts,

I have tried to make a measure based on some condition, but somehow the value shows "Infinity".

I want to include the measure in my Tooltips, so that when user hover, the value shows up.

Here is the picture to help you understand;

so basically i want to divide the value in the first bar with second bar. But the value for each bar use some filter.

so, the condition should follow the filter applied. Eg: 1.23/123 (with condition)

How can i achieve this? really need your help on this.
