Measures just for some collum values

Hi there, 
I have a measure that is calculating values to the groups from my register dimesion. That worked well, but i need it to calculate it just for some of the groups, how can i do that? I already tried to create a collum on a table with that measure, but it is calculated using some other tables so i cant do that.

@JulianoRamos , A measure should not be used in a column. The column can not interact with slicer so using will not give expected values

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.
