Measures can't be used in IF formula with contains

Hello, 

I have a measure who calculate a concatenated list of country "concatCountry"
i would like to add new flag measure to tell if "concatCountry" contain "Germany" to diplay a yes flag. 

how to do it with dax please ?

flag= IF([concatCountry] = "Germany","Yes","NO")

thank for your response. 

It does not work beacause "concatCountry" can be for example Germay,France,Spain
with your dax code flag = NO

Any other idea ?
