Measure with relationship blows up chart visual

Hello All, 

I was wondering if someone know how to fix my problem. I have a line and column chart, and when I add a measure as the line value it breaks my x-axis. 

i tried changing the measure formula a million times without avil 😞 (i even try just setting the measure to be a single integer value)

please let me know if you need more info or if I'm missing something
