Measure with Static Denominator

Try this:

1. Add Index column in Power Query Editor.

2. Create columns.

    CALCULATE (

 3. Create Percent Measure.

Percent Measure = DIVIDE(SUM('Table'[Sales]),MAX('Table'[ParentSales 1]))
