Measure with Fixed value and value in time
Super UserDaimy , How is the budget is connected to the date table. is your value of budget sorted for only one month or day ?
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

amitchandak The budget is a column in the project table. The project table is not connected to the calendar table. budget is therefore not associated with a time. It is a very big file so sharing data is gonna be difficult, because almost everything is sensitive data.
