Measure value changing

Hi there

I want to create a measure for PVR benchmark, that displays different values for the Grouping Level (see below screen shot).

The first category is State

The second category is Site

The third category is Product

Each product listed is either Luxury or Non Luxury.

If a product is Luxury, the benchmark should be $1000.

If a product is Non Luxury, the benchmark should be $350.

If you are looking at the Site or State result total, the benchmark should be $550.

So in my example below, if the products are Non Luxury, I want each product line to show $350 instead of $550. 

Any help would be appreciated.
