Measure to divide values from different size tables

Hi, I have two tables:

This is one table, just very big, and 2023 has 235 days, as well as 2024, 2025, etc.

I would like to have a measure to see % of a plan completed each year so I can later show it in a chart - For 235 days we make a sum of pcs, and this would for example be 600 000 for 2023, and then we divide it by the plan, so by 630 000 in 2023, 780 000 in 2024, etc.

My result should say:

2023: 95%

2024: 76%

etc.

Is there any way to make a measure that will easily allow me to put this in one chart? I would basically want to replace the below chart with one simple column with percentages per each year:
