Measure to Ignore Slicer Selection

Hi,   See below image: The table is showing correct "DT National"   However, if I select a zone, for example Adelaide, the "DT National" is now filtered to Adelaide too.   This is t...

    Hi Anonymous 

    This has nothing to do with measure, even if you don't put any value the visual will be filtered (see below). 

    So in this scenario, you can change the interaction control, link: Change how visuals interact in a report - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

    result

    Or you can create a table below and use it in slicer, but it needs you to change your measures accordingly.
