Measure not to Say (Blank) but 0

Hi Experts

 

How would i amend the following to show "0" as opposed to (blank) in the card visual

 

=Countrows(filter(App Forms, [Impact]="True")) when False is select from slicer

The SQLBI guys just wrote a whole article about this.

The quickest way to turn a blank into zero is usually to add "+0" to your measure but this doesn't always work as intended.
