Measure is not showing total in table

Hi All, 

Any suggestion on how to make these measures to show total >

for example, 

PY Base Estimates =

IF(ISBLANK([Total Hours]),

[Hours PY] * (1+[Increase % Value]),

BLANK())

Hours PY = CALCULATE([Total Hours],SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('Calendar table'[Date]))

Sumx(Values(Table[Period FY]) ,IF(ISBLANK([Total Hours]),
[Hours PY] * (1+[Increase % Value]),
BLANK()))
