Measure for Remaining Tickets

Hi,   I have a visual in my reports which shows the closed and created tickets over a period.   I want to create a measure where I can see the remaining tickets for the month. Eg. in Dec 10 were...

All measures are in the sample pbix file and steps are numbered in front of each measure.

Jihwan_Kim  Can you please help here as well. I just want to add two measures now.

 

As of now we have used only 1 measure in the measure i.e for non dev ticket

 

4 Remaining Cumulate =
CALCULATE (
[Remaining Non-Dev Tags],
FILTER (
ALLSELECTED ( 'DAX Date Table' ),
'DAX Date Table'[Date] <= MAX ( 'DAX Date Table'[Date] )
)
)
 

 

If i have more than 1 measure then how can I add the remaing?

 

Eg I need some of Remaing Non Dev+ Remaing Issue for the above graph shown.

    I am not sure whether you are asking about the same pbix file.
