Measure for KPI

I have a requirement where i need to show the value of Target when all SU is selected and then filter the target value by SU. that is for january if all SU is selected then the target should be 94.4...
Need Help

Anonymous not sure what you mean when all SU selected then filter the target by SU, can you elaborate?
