Measure behaving Errounous with Hierarchy Slicer and ALL filter

Hello,

I'm having a Measure with this formula. (This would become a Rolling/Moving Average)

KPI_OPEN_TICKET_MOVAVG30:= CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(FACT_TICKET_V2[TICKET_BK]),FACT_TICKET_V2[IS_OPEN]=TRUE(),ALL(Calendar))

There is a relation between FACT_TICKET_V2 and Calendar based on the Field ADATE.

In Calendar I have a Hierachy Year, YearMonth, ADATE.

When displaying a given date with a normal slicer and selecting a date i'm getting a different value then when selecting the same date in the Hierarchy.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share us your pbix file with One Drive or Google Drive if possible? So that I can dig deeper and make some tests. Otherwise with current information it is hard to say where the issue is.

Thanks,
Xi Jin.

I've created a local version but that one doesn't produce the error/behaviour. My original pbix connects to a Azure SSAS.

The funny thing is that it is only on some days, quite strange.

The local model loaded from CSV files works perfectly....
