Measure Properties Greyed Out in Model View

I have just tested it a couple of times and everything is working fine for me.

version: 
2.128.952.0 64-bit (April 2024)
2.128.1177.0 64-bit (April 2024)

datasource:
power bi semantic model

I can categorize new measures into old folders and I can create new folders.

For folders and metrics in the semantic model, the attribute is grayed out and you need to go back to the semantic model to modify it.

It might be beneficial to gather more information about the specific measures that are experiencing this issue.

Are there any specific data types or DAX expressions used in the measures that fail to show properties?
Have you noticed any patterns or similarities in the measures that exhibit this behavior?

Or try
1. clear cached data 

In Power BI Desktop, go to File > Options and settings > Options. Under GLOBAL, select Data Load, and then select Clear Cache.

2. uninstall and clean Power BI Desktop completely and reinstall it.
