Measure Help

Hi all,

I have attached a sample of the data set in the link provided below. Column highlighted in yellow is a calculated column based on Entry Time Deviation and Exit time Deviation. 

I want to use the data in the data tab and generate a report similar to the "Report" tab - Ideally in the matrix table format in powerbi.

 

Anyone able to help.

Unfortunately, I want to present the data in the exact format as what i have in my "Report" tab using PowerBI Matrix visual
