    Hi ToddMate 

    Create a measure

    Measure = 
IF(MAX(Sheet6[product]) in {"Product1","Product2"} &&MAX(Sheet6[connected])<>BLANK()&&MAX(Sheet6[disconnected])<DATE(9999,1,1),1,0)

    To filter the table, add measure in the visual level filter as below
