Hey!
So I got a list with multiple persons working in different departments. They all mostly got working times in multiple of these.
The table below shows the percentage. For example the bottom marked row shows a person wich is working 73% in "SHS DI XP" and 26% in "SHS AT AX".
In a new column I calculated the department in wich they work the most, so this person would reference to "SHS DI XP", where I then count the Number of persons working in this department.
Now I want to calculate the Number of persons working in a specific department plus every other person who works there within a certain treshold, like 15%. Cause at the moment i just can calculate how many work there mostly.
So if I filter "SHS DI XP" I also want to count the upper person marked with its 35% in XP also, though it would refer to the department AX.
With this formula (and a rank i calculated before), also with the help of this community, the calculation of the department where a person does the most working hours was made and saved in a new column.
The new one should be a measure, cause I wanna filter the different departments and show how many mostly work there + how many with a minimum of 15%
Highest BU =
CALCULATE (
MAX ( i3_Report[SYS Business Line] );
FILTER (
ALLEXCEPT ( i3_Report; i3_Report[WC Employee] );
[RANK BU]= CALCULATE ( MAX ( [RANK BU] ); ALLEXCEPT ( i3_Report; i3_Report[WC Employee] ) )))
I hope I properly explained the problem 😁
Thanks in advance!
@Anonymous
I am confusing with your expected output, usually you can add an additional filter to set it to <=15%. Could you please share a sample pbix since sounds like you have created a few column and measures to have this matrix.
Best,
Paul
