Measure Column displaying True even though its False

Hi,

I have a table that contains projects, and there respective gross, reimbursement and subs. I created a Has Revenue  measure that checks if the values in each of the columns values and sets the Flag to 1 if it has amount not equal to 0. However, it is only working on columns that are blank and not columns that have 0. I have attached a screenshot of this below.
