Measure Calculation with 0 instead of blank

How can I get this measure to return 0 if there are no Bednights to calculate?

cntBNID = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Bed Night Log'), FILTER('Bed Night Log','Bed Night Log'[bnHousingUnit] <> "a178000000DBTIuAAP" && 'Bed Night Log'[bnHousingUnit] <>"a178000000E2AY5AAN"))
