Anonymous , is kind of divide by zero error, cos/sales 

Please make sure you have handled sales =0

this is what I have to address the issue you mentioned:

**Loss Ratio - Gross - Cumulative:=**
DIVIDE([Cumulative CLAIMS INCURRED ALL],[Cumulative GWP ALL],0)
