May 2023 Update Breaks Sensitivity Labels

Hi there,

 

What has changed in the May 2023 update? We cannot open any .pbix file that has a sensitivity label applied. These open fine within the PBI web service.

 

Rolling back to April 2023 Desktop works fine.
