Maximum Capacity Data Display

Thank you for the attached, I think a slicer is probably my best route, you're right.
My bigger concern is how to display the max capacity issue - I want to see how regularly we're getting close to maximum capacity but I can't figure out how to display that.
In the sample pbix, there is a dates table connected to Transactions table so you can use that to filter the visual down to a selected date.
