Maximo por conceptos

¡Buen día comunidad!

Estaria necesitando obtener el valor maximo entre 2 de 3 conceptos dentro de una columna y que él de menor valor quede en blanco. A su vez, me encontré con la problematica de que cuando ambos son iguales estos se repiten.
Paso ejemplo de como tengo la base:

DAX.JPGY muestro lo que se quiere lograr, idéntico a excel:

Muchas gracias!

Hi @wpretz ,

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. Is this your desired output?

maximo1 =
VAR tab =
    FILTER (
        '1- Productividad',
        '1- Productividad'[Date] = EARLIER ( '1- Productividad'[Date] )
            && '1- Productividad'[Agrup_Nave] = EARLIER ( '1- Productividad'[Agrup_Nave] )
            && '1- Productividad'[Indicador] <> "Productividad Und"
    )
VAR maxvalue =
    CALCULATE ( MAX ( '1- Productividad'[Obj_Alcanzado] ), tab )
VAR maxvalue_indicador =
    CALCULATE (
        MAX ( '1- Productividad'[Indicador] ),
        tab,
        '1- Productividad'[Obj_Alcanzado] = maxvalue
    )
RETURN
    IF (
        '1- Productividad'[Indicador] IN { "Productividad Lin", "Productividad Ped" },
        IF ( '1- Productividad'[Indicador] = maxvalue_indicador, maxvalue ),
        BLANK ()
    )
