Maximizing Power BI Matrix Visual: Displaying Multiple Totals for Better Insights - Part 2

This part 2 video demonstrates a method to display multiple totals in a matrix visual, which is not natively supported by the tool.

In part 2, the video focuses on selecting a single month to display data of the last x months and compare its average with the most recent month instead of choosing multiple months in a slicer in part 1. The video is suitable for beginners and advanced users, providing clear instructions and a practical demonstration of the covered techniques. The methods taught are fundamental for creating more insightful Power BI reports and dashboards and enhancing data storytelling skills.

Also, in the part 1 video, we used the INDEX function to get the most recent month's data, but in this video, we will use a different technique to achieve the same result, which will help sharpen your data modeling techniques.

The part 1 video concludes with a practical exercise to reinforce the concepts learned. By completing the exercise, viewers will understand the techniques and become better equipped to apply them in their Power BI projects.

Check the part 1 video, the link is in the comments.
