Max Values for the data that makes up a visualisation

Basically What I want is a measure that would have 4 lines in it.

I want to know the week when the most of a license is in use for a location.

So it would sum on a week by week basis and come up with a total per week per location for the two different license types (Houdini FX and Houdini Core)

So the four lines would be

Location, Date, License, Max of LicenseTotal

So for this data

Sydney  02/05/22   FX   30

Sydney  16/05/22   Core  69

Vancouver  25/04/22  FX  19

Vancouver  02/05/22  Core  44
