Matrix with tooltip and filter

Hi,

I am looking for solution in this case

I have a fact table like simple demo, which has relation into time table by date, in time table I have weeks column. 

Color	Sale	Date
Red	12	12.08.2018
Red	18	11.08.2018
Red	67	24.08.2018
Green	22	22.08.2018
Green	17	06.08.2018
Green	14	11.08.2018
Blue	1	05.08.2018
Blue	4	06.08.2018
Blue	6	09.08.2018

I would like to get matrix like this :

	Week1	Week2	Week3
Sum Green	22	17	14
Sum Red	12	18	67
Sum Blue	1	4	6

I wolud like to create toolpis with some other measures on sales by week with auto option and Sum Green, Sum Red etc measures as pointer to activate proper tooltip but I would like to see the toolip with all 3 weeks not only one I hove the mouse.

Any idea how to resolve this ?

From your data, could you mean the Week1, Week2, Week3 are the previous three weeks in August? If so, it seems the data should like below picture:

And could you please post your desire result based on your below sentense:

Based on my test, I am afraid you could not achieve this feature currently, you could submit an idea in ideas forum:
