Matrix with multiple rows and columns of values

Is there a way to make a matrix or table like this? 

Currently, this visual is actually 3 matrixes with the values switched to rows, pushed together. This way becomes a problem when you need to scroll down because then you have to scroll down for each one. Is there a way to make something like this where there is only one visual?

I haven't seen such a matrix at the moment and recommend implementing it via Custom Visual, FYI:
