Matrix with column wrap on the visual

I have a matrix visual with 3 columns -- it's a list of employee names and a couple attributes.  Instead of making the user scroll down the list, I want the visual/column to wrap into multiple lists , which will make it a shorter/wider report rather than long list.  Any suggestions???  Thank you!
