Matrix visual: set alternating background on the columns

Hi,

I have a matrix visual in the following format

Ticket Owner -> 2019-Apr-> 2019-May-> 2019 June

I want the background for April and June to be same and May should be different, please guide me to achieve this

    I was referring to the values in the matrix rows for the months to be in alternating colors
