Matrix visual do not use visual

Hello Everyone ,    ANyone has idea about matrix visual values ?    I dont want to use SUM for any column i add in value but its automatically sum my value. i want to as like table visueal which ...

Change the aggregation from SUM to MAX.  Because you are adding it to the Values well, it has to do a calculation of some kind.  Using MAX will be the same as not aggregating if the value is the same for all rows.

    I did the MAX but unfortunatley i am getting another value bus some value are same can you see whats an issue where is glitch ? 

    or is there any way to create simple messure because these 2 column value comes from calculation of lead conversion new leads ( Application completed divide by New Leads ) and for second column lead conversion first visit ( Application completed dived by First visit/ tour ) each raw
