Matrix view with weekend going across

I have this below table- I need to have the view as matrix or table with summarised by Category,column with Stock on hand, committed and then based on the weekend date of the Stock due date,...

lbendlin Monday to Sunday, So week end day will be Sunday.

      lbendlin Thanks. I saw your solution. But, as you have used 2 seperate visuals, I want in one visual, so that when user exports the data, it should all get expored at once.

        You and I both know that is not what Power BI is about. Tell your user to change their requirements.
