Matrix totals without row sub totals

Hi,  I have a matrix in Power BI. 2 fields in row, 1 in Column and 1 Value.   What I'd like is to show the grand total of the row, but not have a sub total for each row. I have tried so many thing...

    Hi M_SBS_6 ,

     

    On the matrix options you can setup the rows subtotals individually or turn of all of them:
