Matrix table with 2 header in PowerBI

Hi experts ,

I need your help. I am trying to have a matrix with two fields in the headers. I can only see one . Below is what I am looking for :

      I know that, but it does not meet the client's requirements. The client wants to see the report as it is in excel with two headers (Region and fiscal year under the region).

        I don't think that's possible but you can check this option as well(highlighted in the screenshot):
