Hi Team,
I am having an issue with a matrix table.
On my power bi desktop, I have a matrix table containing 1800 lines as columns and 220 lines in my row.
However, when I published the table online, my table had only 60-row lines.
I tried multiple times but got the same result.
Show items with no data is ticked on both the row and column field.
Any idea how I can resolve this issue?
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Hasvine

Hello Xiaoxin,
Thank you for your reply. I work for a fast moving consumer group and we have around 200 products and around 2000 customers.
I am trying to create an matrix table showing customers in row and product in columns and as value, I would like to show the quantity sold.
Some products have not been sold yet while some customers in the database haven't ordered yet.
Basically I need the matrix table so that the sales team can identify which which point of sales have not ordered yet.
I have a table called Client containing all 2000 clients and a table called Products with all 200 products. I have also a sales_main table with the sales information such as quantity, amount etc...
Only sold products will be available in the sales_main table. However, I need to make sure that even those products and retailers where no sales was recorded shows on matrix table.
I am able to somehow build the table on powerbi desktop but when i load it online, the column table is restricted to 60 only.
I have created a crossjoin table but still does not work on the online power BI.
I did a dummy .pbix but unfortunately I cannot upload it.
Please let me know if you require any additional information.
Thank you for your help.
Kind Regards,
Hasvine
Hi @Anonymous,
The auto hide is the default Power bi aggregate features.
Power bi will auto hide the row/column which whole row or column does not include any correspond records. If you want force show all item, you can click on the category fields to choose ‘show items with no data’.
