Hi,
I want to create report, which shows how many products have each salesman (subtotal) and on total for all company (total) . I tried to do this in matrix, but I don't know how to create subtotal for salesperson row level.
I looks like below, almost what I need, but I want to have only subtotal for person row level (distinct count products).
I have no idea, how can I do this. I've tried many ways, but with no success.
Thanks for any help.
Anna
Thank you for replies.
I've created sample data, because I can't share my company data:
@Mikelytics I have tried to set this setting, but It shows all subtotals, for each row. I want subtotal only for salesperson, not for each product.
Anna
Hi @annaka05
I am not quite sure whether this is what you are looking for but you can set the sub total and total settings for each level individually:
if you want to have same settings for all
if you want to make individual settings choose the level and make the settings
Best regards
Michael
