Matrix shows only rows with value

I would like to display only the rows that have value in the Matrix with different levels.

could you please advise how to remove the rows are empty.

The 2nd and 3rd columns are measures. I would like to remove rows without value in columns 4th.

if you want hide rows it mean what in all column must be blank

so should rewrite yours measures for them to return BLANK  for value for same levels

You can add a filter context in the filter pane to only include values that 'is not blank' for your matrix tabe visual

Assume if 4th one is measure, then you can use that visual level filter and check for non blank
